Krishna Rudraksha Bhandar is a Nepal-based seller of authentic Nepali and Indonesian Rudraksha beads, malas and bracelets. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Krishna Rudraksha Bhandar, and "you" means the visitor or customer.
2. Products
Rudraksha is a natural seed. Size, colour, shape and surface texture vary from bead to bead, so the item you receive may look slightly different from the photos.
Every bead is checked by hand for a genuine mukhi (face) count, a firm surface and a natural bore.
Product descriptions share traditional and spiritual beliefs from Vedic texts and long-standing practice. They are not medical, financial or professional claims, and Rudraksha is not a substitute for medical or professional advice.
3. Prices and Currency
Our base currency is Nepali Rupees (NPR). Prices in USD and INR are shown for convenience and may change with exchange rates.
Prices may change without notice. The price confirmed with you at the time of order is the price you pay.
If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order. You may then accept the correct price or cancel.
4. How Ordering Works
Place your order on the website with your full name, WhatsApp number (with country code), email and delivery address.
Our team will contact you on WhatsApp or email to confirm the order, shipping charge and payment details.
Once payment is received, your order is energised and prepared for dispatch.
Submitting an order is a request to buy. The order is accepted only after we confirm it with you. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the details provided are incorrect, or we cannot reach you.
5. Payment
No payment is taken on the website at checkout. After confirming your order, we will share payment options such as bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti or another agreed method. Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received, unless we agree otherwise with you.
