Every Rudraksha bead, mala and bracelet from Krishna Rudraksha Bhandar is checked by hand before dispatch. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions for Return
To be accepted, the item must be:
Unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging, with the certificate or card (if provided)
Returned with proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Items worn, used, oiled, altered or damaged after delivery
Custom-made malas or bracelets, or items specially energised for you, unless they arrive damaged or wrong
Items bought on final sale or clearance
Returns requested after the 7-day return period
Please note: Rudraksha is a natural seed. Small differences in size, colour, shape or surface from the product photos are normal and are not considered defects.
4. Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, broken or different from what you ordered:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Send clear photos or an unboxing video of the item and the package
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
5. How to Return an Item
Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number, the reason for return and photos of the item.
Get approval. We will review your request and share the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.
Pack it safely in the original packaging and send it to us. We recommend a trackable courier service.
Inspection. Once we receive the item, we inspect it within 2–3 working days and let you know the result.
Refund or exchange. Approved returns are refunded or exchanged as per our Refund Policy.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Damaged, defective or wrong item: We cover the return shipping cost.
Other returns (for example, change of mind): The customer pays the return shipping cost.
International returns: Return shipping, customs and duties are paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged or wrong.
