We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Krishna Rudraksha Bhandar. This policy explains when and how refunds are made. Please also read our Return Policy.
1. Order Cancellation
Before payment: You can cancel your order anytime, free of charge. Just message us on WhatsApp or email.
After payment, before dispatch: You can cancel and receive a full refund, minus any payment transfer charges.
After dispatch: The order cannot be cancelled. You may request a return under our Return Policy.
2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You received a damaged, broken or defective item
You received the wrong item (wrong mukhi, product or size)
The item is not genuine as described
Your order is lost in transit and cannot be delivered
Your returned item was approved under our Return Policy
We cancelled your order because the item is out of stock
3. When Refunds Are Not Given
Natural differences in size, colour, shape or texture of the bead
Change of mind after the 7-day return period
Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging and certificate (if provided)
Custom-made or specially energised items made to your request, unless they arrive damaged or wrong
Expected spiritual or personal results. Rudraksha is a traditional spiritual item, and results vary from person to person.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you on WhatsApp or email whether your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
The refund is sent to your original payment method (bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, etc.) or another method we agree with you.
Depending on your bank or wallet, it may take a few extra days for the amount to show in your account.
5. Shipping Charges
If the item is damaged, defective or wrong, we refund the full amount, including shipping.
For other approved returns, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded.
6. International Orders
For orders outside Nepal, refunds are made in the currency paid, where possible. Customs duties, import taxes and international transfer or exchange charges are not refundable.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer, we can exchange your item for the same or a different product instead of a refund. Any price difference will be settled before the new item is sent.
